1. Purchasing Parts - Some new parts as well as used parts can be purchased at a highly reduced cost. All monetary donations go towards keeping the shop running (i.e. paying the rent). Volunteer hours can also be substituted in place of some donations. Please ask a volunteer about this procedure.
2. Tool Use - The shop and many professional grade bicycle tools are available for free use by the public. In addition, volunteers can help with specific questions or problems. However, we will not fix individual's bikes or take "drop off" bikes to be fixed later. The shop is there for everyone to work and learn how to work on bicycles together.
3. Build Your Own Bike! - You can definitley use the tools and donated parts to build your own bike at Plan B. After you have built the bike, you can work out what the price of your newly-built bike is with a Plan B volunteer.
4. Programs - Plan B is also utilized for educational programs for the community. Check out the programs site for more info.
